Long-term support for the system you rely on.
Solarize Shield gives system owners a practical way to stay ahead of performance issues after installation. Membership includes quicker access to our service team, easier scheduling, and lower out-of-pocket repair costs so support feels ongoing instead of reactive. Whether your equipment came from Solarize or from another installer, we can help keep it operating the way it should.
Membership is available even if another company originally installed your system. If your property has solar panels, batteries, or EV charging equipment, we can still inspect it, service it, and help you sort out problems when they come up.
From annual system checkups to inverter troubleshooting and firmware support, the goal is to make service costs easier to predict. Instead of getting hit with large one-off labor charges, members get a more manageable path to keeping equipment in shape.
Panels, batteries, SPAN gear, and EV chargers can all fall under the same support umbrella. That gives you one team to diagnose issues, track system health, and coordinate repairs instead of bouncing between different vendors.
Protect your solar & storage investment with peace of mind. Choose from three tiers to fit your system & budget.
Solar Panel Only System
Solar Panels & Up to 3 Batteries
Large Systems with 4+ Batteries
Each visit includes up to $200 worth of materials to address your needs on-site, ensuring no additional charges for basic materials.
Reliable support from the team that knows solar inside and out
We prioritize service calls and work to get a technician to your home quickly — because a system that is not producing is costing you money every day.
Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, FranklinWH, Canadian Solar, Generac — we work on systems from every major manufacturer, not just the ones we install.
Every service call is handled by a licensed, insured electrician — not a subcontractor. Your system is in qualified hands from start to finish.
We use real-time monitoring tools to diagnose issues remotely before we arrive — so we show up prepared and fix the problem faster.
Dust, pollen, bird droppings, and debris build up over time and reduce your system's output. Our maintenance visits include a thorough panel cleaning, visual inspection of all hardware, wiring checks, and a full production report so you know exactly how your system is performing. We recommend an annual checkup to keep everything running at peak efficiency.
Inverter throwing errors? Panels not producing? Monitoring app showing offline? Our technicians diagnose and resolve issues with panels, inverters, optimizers, wiring, racking, and monitoring systems. We carry common replacement parts and work directly with manufacturers to handle warranty claims on your behalf — so you do not have to chase down support yourself.
Your energy needs change over time — maybe you added an EV, a pool, or a home office. We can expand your existing solar array with additional panels, retrofit battery storage for backup power, upgrade your inverter, or install a SPAN smart panel to give you circuit-level control. We design every upgrade around your current system so everything works together seamlessly.

Common signs include a drop in energy production, error codes or alerts in your monitoring app, physical damage to panels (cracks, discoloration, hot spots), or your inverter showing a red or yellow light. If your electric bill has gone up unexpectedly, that can also indicate a problem. When in doubt, request a checkup — catching issues early prevents bigger problems down the road.
Yes. We service and repair solar systems regardless of who originally installed them. Our technicians are experienced with all major equipment brands including Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, FranklinWH, Generac, and more. We will assess your system, diagnose the issue, and get it back to full production.
A standard visit includes a visual inspection of all panels and racking, panel cleaning, electrical connection checks, inverter diagnostics, and a production performance review. We provide a written report after every visit so you have a clear picture of your system's health and any recommended follow-up work.
We aim to respond to all service requests within one business day. For urgent issues — like storm damage or a completely offline system — we do our best to schedule a same-week visit. Response times may vary depending on your location and current demand.
Most solar panels carry a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and inverters typically have 12–25 years depending on the brand. If your system was installed by Solarize, we keep your warranty information on file and can check it for you. For systems installed by other companies, we can help you determine your coverage and file warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Schedule a maintenance visit or get help with a repair — our team is ready.
